A brand new product is the “Vergin” Alpine dry gin, a mix of juniper berries, génépi flowers and other different alpine herbs put together for a perfect combination of smell and taste.

The first confirmed date for the production of gin is the mid 17th century in Holland. Dr Franz de la Boe, professor at the University of Leyden, created a juniper berry oil as a medicine : Jenever (which means « juniper » in Dutch), later abbreviated to « Gin ».
Gin is one of the world's most consumed white spirit.
